Large rectangular carved and moulded mahogany table in the Chippendale style.
This original table rests on four solid mahogany cabriole legs, ending in a ball encased in stylized claws. The humpbacked top is carved with rosettes and acanthus leaves.
This table has a solid mahogany top with basket handle ends. Note the presence of a spouted edge with a grooved moulding underneath. The top is made up of two single plank exterior elements and two single plank semi-fixed extensions.
The low mahogany veneer belt has a large moulding at the bottom.
