This lacquered top-grade water buffalo hide leather box features a hand-painted gold border on all five sides (except the bottom) and finished with lacquer. This piece is made with a leather-lined interior with no exposed hardware on the inside. Every detail was considered to create a beautiful and functional piece. The box is reinforced and can even be sat on with strong brass hinges. It still has a rich leather fragrance. The mystic blue color is rich with the leather grain pattern clearly visible.

Designed by the late legendary designer Lucia Lawrence and handcrafted by a top craftsman in Hong Kong.
