Cabinet on stand with nine drawers. Decorated with river landscapes, trees, birds and different animals.
Lacquer loosses in some places but even so gives very nice impression. Was made probably in England (see note below). One corner bracket is missing.
NOTE: The fashion for oriental lacquer during the baroque period led to a production of japanned furniture in Northen Europe, not only in England. For instance in Berlin Gérard Dagly (c. 1660–1715) founded a high quality production.
